In the former factory building Bau 34, a major conversion was planned and realised for the internal and external project management of the large-scale project "Bau1" on Grenzacherstrasse.
The conversion had a provisional character and was limited to five years. The five floors were converted for different uses.
On the 3rd floor, two galleries were created in the light-flooded intermediate space for small meetings.
The entire 2nd floor was designed for the offices of the internal and external project management, each with a kitchenette, as well as meeting rooms in the core zone in the CUBO construction system.
The first floor was equipped with cloakrooms in the peripheral areas, showers, toilet facilities and meeting rooms in the core area, as well as office space for the master builder in the southern part.
On the ground floor, a catering hall and a spacious toilet facility was set up for 350 workers of the contractors.
An archive for the project management offices was set up on the 1st floor.
