The department of gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine of the gynaecological clinic of the University Hospital Basel was relocated for capacity reasons and moved to the existing property at Vogesenstrasse 134. For this purpose, a new insulated facade with a new clinic entrance as well as building entrances had to be created.
The new main entrance with integrated reception, offices, meeting rooms, staff cloakrooms, toilet facilities and a kitchenette had to be redesigned and coordinated with the new facade.
The office spaces, equipped with the latest technology and video conferencing facilities, were divided with glass walls into individual offices, group offices and open space areas.
In addition to clinic rooms, laboratories and offices, an open waiting zone with café area and staff lounge were realised in the rear building.
