Your tasks:

You create design concepts and presentation documents as well as assist in the further development to approval planning in the field of industrial and commercial construction. You will ensure that project, building permit, execution and detail plans are ready on time and in high quality. In addition, you enrich projects of various sectors and sizes with your ideas. Together with your team, you bring innovative ideas to life.

What you need to bring with you:

• You are proactive, motivated and have a good education,

• you have already worked for three years in a comparable position in Switzerland and are familiar with the SIA,

• software: architecture: Revit, construction management: construction administration, e.g. Messerli

• you are communicative and have a good command of German,

• your persuasiveness, your team spirit and your independent and reliable way of working round off your unique profile.

Nice to have:

• You are interested in developments in the field of BIM and actively follow current trends.
