Based on two levels of the city hospital floors, the new Centrino restaurant and cafeteria has been newly renovated and extended to meet the high demand from staff and visitors at lunch hours. The restaurant uses free-flow components for distributing food in a linear manner. A tray retrieving line is intergrated with the kitchen and service block. The proportioning and division of spaces was important in order to reduce crowding especially during busy hours. Efficient lighting, ventialtion and acoustic systems are precisely distributed in design and constructed to meet the intensity of day to day use.
